- POS & Desktop Management/Troubleshooting and Hardware Troubleshooting. Windows Operating system installation/troubleshooting. Microsoft and other application installation & troubleshooting. Mail server/ Client Installation/ Troubleshooting.
- Local network management. Installation/troubleshooting of network points. Installation of networking equipment’s like switches, routers and firewalls.
