Chargebee is looking for an fairly experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant who can take a lead role in ensuring timely collections of billed invoices, manage the AR aging report and and be the point person for customer payment follow ups and receivables related queries.
Responsibilities :
- In charge of collecting payments from clients and ensuring they are done on time.
- Set regular weekly and monthly deadlines to process the payment and accounts. Prepare and send follow-up emails to customers and maintain a report of the same
- Prepare weekly AR aging, key metrics and cash update reporting package for management.
- Prepare other reports of regular intervals (monthly, quarterly and annual) making forecasts on payment flow.
- Oversee the processing and organizing of bills, records and invoices ensuring quality maintenance at every step.
- Ensure that all practices comply with the law.
- Discuss and handle Late-payment or non-payment disputes with clients efficiently.
- Keep in touch with the industry’s best practices and keep updating.
- Assess incoming and outgoing communications to ensure professional, compliant and effective customer interaction.
- Oversee interaction between billing team, client services, sales, finance and customers on collection matters and dispute resolution.
- Keeps track of all payment transactions to be upheld by the company’s clients.
- Manage process improvements to streamline and create efficiencies.
- Refine procedures and analysis of key controls and reporting requirements.
Skills Required For Chargebee Off Campus Drive 2022 :
- 1-2 years Customer Service and/or Collections experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related business field preferred.
- Experience automating systems and processes.
- Experience with a large ERP system (NetSuite, SAP); experience with a CRM tool preferred.
