Job Description For Crediwatch Off Campus Drive 2022

• Coordination and operations of the hiring and on-boarding functions
• Responsible for interacting with candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
• Handling smooth coordination with the internal team members for feedback and follow-up.
• Conducting initial screening to determine the interest, availability, experience and skill level.
• Ensuring the candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
• Maintain the candidates’ records in the ATS
• Coordination of applicants, conduction of job interviews and preparation of following steps
