- In this role, you will have the opportunity to simplify content and ideas into functional, usable interfaces, and ensure existing UI guidelines and standards are followed during the development and maintenance of the product/site.
- Also, you will play an integral part in gathering insights about the attitudes, emotions, and behaviors of users who use our products to inspire and inform design.
- Additionally, you will build UI guidelines per project as the need arises.
Role responsibilities
- Push the boundaries in solving UX problems with continued innovation
- Collaborate with web product leads, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates
- Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements
Skills Required for Kaplan Recruitment 2022 :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role including a portfolio of design projects
- Up-to-date knowledge knowledge of and comfortable familiarity of common UX/UI tools such as Figma, InVision, and Adobe XD as needed
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Sketch, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
