- Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with the existing clients
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas
- Organize and attend meetings with NGO’s/non-profits/corporates/social enterprises to provide guidance to make fundraising campaigns successful
- Handle external and internal communications and facilitate legal and licensing agreements with partners as needed
- Work on relationship building with the NGOs onboard and new NGOs
- Advice NGOs on the best crowdfunding strategies for the social cause
- Coordinate with NGOs to provide feedback reports to donors
- Coordinate within the team to help promote NGOs’ fundraisers on Ketto – online and offline media
- Conduct research, surveys, on-site visit, and do competitive analysis
