Job Description For Meesho Off Campus Drive 2022
Does digging deep for data and turning it into useful, impactful insights sound interesting to you? Then you could be our next Data Support Engineer I.
In this role, you will oversee the operations of Meesho’s big data platform and solve issues — big and small — for our users. You will assist product analysts and business analysts in running their models at the petabytes scale on the platform. You will help with performance monitoring of the platform and build automation code to operate it at scale.
What you will do
- Monitor, manage and maintain Big data-based applications
- Resolve support tickets related to application functionality, performance, and system availability
- Provide prompt service to the users of the platform and adhere to strict SLAs for response and restoration times
- Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management
- Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy, Create and maintain knowledge-base articles
- Detect and resolve issues in a proactive manner before they can affect the platform
- Install/manage backup and monitor applications
