- Be responsible address End user tickets regarding hardware, ware, and networking issues, help customers through installing applications and computer peripherals, Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions, conduct remote troubleshooting
- Be responsible for OS deployment on the laptops for end users and provide the support to all remote site in India location
- Be responsible, for Hardware Inventory management in SNOW for the respective site
- Manage and support all Audio/Video site services
- Engage with global team and work on the global projects
