ServiceNow is currently looking for an Intern – Financial Accountant to support out global operations based out of Hyderabad office. The successful candidate will work closely with the Accounting Management team from US office, Amsterdam office, Internal and External Auditors and Executive Management.
What you get to do in this role:
- Assist in investigation and resolving complex accounting issues timely and effectively
- Prepare journal entries for monthly close process
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and submit for review of the same.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tax, treasury, corporate accounting) to identify opportunities to improve and standardize processes and contribute towards close optimization
- Perform analytical reviews of PL and BS accounts having variances
- Participate in month-end close by performing a variety of accounting close tasks
- Ensure compliance with Company accounting policies and the application of generally acceptable accounting principles
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited procedures currently exist
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
- Assist in financial analysis for day-to-day operations
- Assist with continuous process improvements and development of automated systems
