Job Description For TE Connectivity Jobs 2021 :

• Supply subject matter expertise and architectural oversite on MES related development. This includes ensuring that projects, enhancements, general efforts meet strategic goals and fit into the overall roadmap for development;
• Curate the backlog of enhancements into packages that make sense strategically and financially. Work in partnership with Product Owners from the business to ensure quick responses to customers, prioritization of requests, and successful completion to the defined architecture;
• Remain up to date with latest industry trends for MES, SCADA, and Machine connectivity. Maintain a network of contacts within the business to remain up to date on current process improvement efforts and their digital strategic fit;
• Participate in projects to ensure successful architectural execution and on time on budget delivery of assigned tasks. Assist in accurate quoting of effort and timing for development efforts. This will include driving resources from multiple teams in IT and within the business to ensure completion;
• Top tier support for complex issues and bugs in systems. Provide guidance and short/long term remediation plans for support teams. Drive for robustness of solutions to reduce overall support and deployment costs;

Skills Required For TE Connectivity Jobs 2021 :

• Proven track record with manufacturing execution systems, machine connectivity, and knowledge of manufacturing practices. Experience with Hydra and SAP are preferred;
• Ability to travel internationally;
• Proven track record of change management with customer relations and changing the culture within manufacturing environments;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Including MS Office, regional languages;
• Understanding of database design (especially SQL) and software development methodology. Including environment, release, and source code management;
• Demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of basic project management, and business analysis methodology;
