- Leading the QA efforts for the implementation of flagship products like Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking Solutions v11 and above and Oracle banking latest modules like OBDX, OBP, OBLM, OBVAM, OBTF and OBTFPM.
- Manage and Drive Overall testing activities as follows
- Functional
- Automation
- Non Functional Performance & Data Migration
- Defining Application QA road map, creating test strategy & functional test coverage, test process execution model, test optimization, operating model and governance model.
- Defining Automation approach, identifying right Automation tool set and coming up with automation targets.
- Formulate performance test approach and strategy.
- Collaborate with Vendor teams, ensure on time delivery. Provide management oversight and technical support as suitable.
